We are committed to serving the quilting community with excellent customer service and attention to your questions and concerns.

Our goal is to ship all orders within 48 hours after being placed. If due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to delay the order beyond our commitment time we will keep you informed until the order is shipped.

International orders and orders to Hawaii and Alaska may require additional communication and approvals before the order is shipped.

Shipping Cost Too High?

Shipping for each item is priced at a flat rate. If you order more than one item and it is possible to consolidate everything into one box, we will adjust the shipping cost if there is a savings. Please do not be hesitant to place an order if you feel the shipping costs are too high. Check with us first as it is highly probable that we will be able to make an adjustment when you order more than one item at a time. We gladly pass along any savings in shipping costs.

Need Your Order Faster Than UPS Ground Shipping?

Please contact us if you are under a deadline. We can easily ship your item via a faster method. Once we know your deadline we can work with you to get your order delivered on time. Please call or email us with your request and we will provide a cost quote to meet your deadline.

Replacement Parts

Replacement parts are easy to install. If you have a problem identifying which part you need, please contact us. We also understand that sometimes your quilt stand may return from a quilt show or exhibit without all its parts. You can order extra supports, crossbars, maintenance tools and replacement bags directly from our website.
